We at MTB Kashmir are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our cycling and trekking tours in the beautiful region of Kashmir, India. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your booking or seek a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both our customers and our business.
Booking Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the tour date will be subject to a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled tour date.
Tour Interruptions:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that interrupt the tour, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control, we will do our best to accommodate the situation.
- If the tour cannot proceed as planned due to such circumstances, we will offer alternative dates for the tour or provide a partial refund, taking into account any costs already incurred by MTB Kashmir.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a cancellation request.
- All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking.
No-Shows:
No refunds will be provided for participants who fail to show up for the tour without prior notice.
Participant Responsibilities:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all the tour requirements, including physical fitness levels and any specific gear or equipment needed for the tour.
- Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the tour cost without eligibility for a refund.
Changes to Bookings:
Changes to tour dates or participant numbers may be accommodated subject to availability and with advance notice. Additional charges may apply for changes requested within 15 days of the scheduled tour date.
